D01  arrive at Gonggar Airport (3500m), transfer 100km to the Tsedang, check in hotel and a complete rest for acclimatization.

D02-03  Two full day tour to Potala Palace. Jolkhang Temple&Bhakhor, Tibetan Medicine Center, Drepung Monastery.

D04  Drive 390km to Basum Lake in Gongbu Region. Go eastward from Lhasa and cross the Mila Pass (4865m), you’ll enjoy seeing amazing changes in climate and vegetation. Check in Basum Guesthouse.

D05  Drive 170km from Basum Lake to Bayi, the capital town of Niyingtri Prefecture. Check in hotel.

D06  Drive 241km from Bayi to Lang County, en route visit the Tombs of Tibet Kings. Check in local guesthouse.

D07  From Lang County drive 211km to Tsedang via Gyatsa, Qusum and Sangri County.

D08  Leave Tsedang and drive 38km to the ferry. Cross the river (1.5h), then it takes about 40km to reach Samye Monastery. After Samye, drive back to Tsedang and continue visiting Tibet first palace –Yumbulhakang and Tanduk Temple.

D09  Depart Tsedang to Gonggar Airport (100km) and take flight to onward destination.
